Refund policy
At Massimo, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and original packaging are intact

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)

Items returned outside the 14-day window

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return arrives safely.

We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for size or style changes, subject to stock availability.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement at no additional shipping cost (UK only).

If the item requested is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

For international exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@massimoclothing.co.uk with photos and a description. We’ll make it right.
